Mercedes-Benz Survey Comments
As a long time exotic car enthusiast and lover of cool cars, I have bought over a hundred new cars in the past thirty years. These include highline brands like Bentley, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche and various others. I am pleased to say that I have never had an experience as rewarding and satisfying as that I have experienced with Mercedes-Benz of Draper. The staff there, including my ace salesman Steve Ward, are certainly the finest in the industry and I have recommended them heartily to my friends and associates.
As I recall, I have now purchased six cars with Steve, and I plan on buying many more! Moreover, Steve Davis in finance stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate me signing documents which was incredibly generous and more than I deserved. Steve and Paul in management are a credit to the dealership and have always treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. To the extent I can do so, I would commend them as great examples of what Mercedes should aspire to when it comes to taking care of their customers. Well done, guys!
Last week I visited Mercedes Benz of Lindon with the intention of purchasing an extended warranty for our S class. Taylor Bice from their service department worked with me in the most efficient , professional and amicable way to ensure that my needs were completely taken care of. This is not my first experience with Taylor, yet every time that I do interface with him, he sets even a higher standard of personal performance. He is a true and valuable asset the the LHM Group and MB. He is without a doubt, one of the cornerstones of our continuing relationship with MB.

Retain Steve Zitting and Tyler Hartle. When we purchase something like a car, we like to develop a friendship that goes beyond the sale. We purchased our first Mercedes from Steve and have been in touch with him since he left a Salt Lake dealership. He introduced us to Tyler, who quickly gave us confidence that he would care about developing a long-term relationship.
Our service advisor, Taylor Bice, also was extremely helpful in answering questions and adding to our satisfaction. We look forward to working with him.
We are happy about the planned move to Draper; that location will be right in our backyard.
