In Essaouira, Morocco, there’s a taxi driver by the name of Mohamed El Bacha. He’s been driving his taxi for over 25 years, and the car is still going strong. It’s a 1974 Mercedes-Benz 240 D, and it keeps helping Mohamed do his job, kilometer after kilometer.

“My Mercedes just keeps on running: no other cars are as robust and solid as this one,” says the taxi driver in a recent article published on the manufacturer’s website. “I often only use around seven or eight litres of fuel over a hundred kilometres, even when I’m loaded with passengers and luggage.” Click on the link below to read more.
