The two wrench icons indicate it is time for the recommended Service B.

Service Rotation
After you have provided a Service B for your Mercedes-Benz, it is time to repeat the cycle. That is, schedule an Inspection and Tire Rotation in another approximate 10,000 miles with Service A, followed again by Service B, and so on.
