Ray has an amazing 40 years of experience in the auto industry with 8 years in the Mercedes-Benz brand.

According to his coworkers, Ray is always jumping in to help closely with sales and service. Whether a VIP, out of state, or frustrated customer, he is ready to take action. Ray is also known around the dealership for his leadership through example.

As you can see from Ray's picture, he is a wicked barefoot water skier. His typical day on the lake involves barefooting behind a boat going about 40 mph, mastering impressive tricks that are rare to see. Getting to this level does not come without injuries… but the thrill is well worth it.

Ray and his son are also incredible mountain bikers. Ask Ray for suggestions of trails around here!

Ainslie established her auto industry career here with us and has devoted 12+ years to learning all there is to know about the Mercedes-Benz brand. Our Idaho girl is down to earth, hard-working, and enjoys many outdoor activities, from golf to paddling on a raft. You might see Ainslie at many of our community functions and sponsorships, where she volunteers her time! Currently, she's also in charge of our Consignment Department, so make sure you contact her if you any questions about that.

A fellow coworker has this great story to show the level of Ainslie's commitment and dedication: A few months back it was brought to Ainslie's attention that a Sprinter customer's and a smart customer's plates had been switched either by the DMV or by us making our routine copies for the deal jackets…. After some investigation, Ainslie discovered the messup had been this way for a year. She contacted the Sprinter customer in Park City and had them Fedex the smart car plates to her. As soon as she received them, she rushed to the DMV to get new tags to match the correct plate. She also discovered that the smart car was a month past due on registration and offered to register it while at the DMV as well. (That customer was new to the area and was given the car by her boss as a perk. Needless to say, this was a very stressful experience to her!). That customer expressed many times her gratitude for getting the car registered…rushing to get the plates fixed the same day, and taking the time to meet her at the courthouse so she didn't have to miss any work or have to pay any fines.

Mckay has been in the automotive industry for 7 years; 5 of those years with Mercedes-Benz of Draper. He enjoys taking naps on his day off and being a homebody. His favorite Mercedes-Benz is the Mercedes-AMG® E 63.

With 8 years at Mercedes-Benz of Draper, Parker knows the ins and outs of Mercedes-Benz. He is known by his coworkers to be friendly, hardworking, and funny. You can always count on Parker to have a positive attitude. When not at work Parker enjoys spending time with his spouse and child, gardening, roller skating, biking, working out, and relaxing. Nick has been in the automotive industry for 6 years; 4 of those years here at Mercedes-Benz of Draper. He enjoys sleeping in and his favorite place to travel is Canada. Carlos has been with Mercedes-Benz of Draper for 4+ years now. He is known by his coworkers to always be there to put a smile on their faces. Sofia has been in the automotive industry for eight years. We have been lucky to have her at Mercedes-Benz of Draper for just over two years. She is known by her coworkers to be hardworking, kind, focused, and driven.

Sofia enjoys spending her day off with her spouse and two wonderful sons. Her passion is fueled by dancing and cooking. Her favorite place to travel is Puerto Rico and her vehicle is the Mercedes-Benz G Wagon.

As a mom of three, Ashlie is excited to be back in the workforce and have adult conversations again. Allison is a bright spirit that lights up any room. She is known by her coworkers to be kind, compassionate, patient, and hilarious to work with. Will Kidman is our awesome Parts Manager here at Mercedes-Benz of Draper. Any part you may need, Will can find it. He has been in the automotive business for 27+ years and has spent 15+ years here at our dealership. His fellow coworkers often say Will is funny, resourceful, and has a vast knowledge about Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Aside from his love of cars Will enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, bartending and being a dog dad to four beautiful huskies.

A former triathlete and current running guru, Steve loves the outdoors and gets outside as much as possible. Last summer Steve hiked down the big ditch (Grand Canyon) and back the same day spending a wonderful few minutes cooling off his feet in the Colorado River.
